Advisory:
  • DJ of any sorts is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Strict action will be taken against the Camps/Bhandaras violating this.
  • Usage of plastic glasses/ plates are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Any kind of plastic is to be STRICTLY AVOIDED. Violation of this may result in fine under concerned penal provisions.
  • Usage of paper glasses/plates or any other bio-degradable environmental friendly material is encouraged.
  • Proper garbage drum/bin is to be used and the garbage is to be properly and fully disposed - No garbage is to be stacked On Road on in open space.
  • The size of the temporary structure (if needed) should not be more than 200 sq. ft.
  • Guidelines issued under Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 and associated rules are to be strictly adhered to regarding environmental pollution and noise levels.
  • Cleanliness of the premise of Camp/Bhandara will be the responsibility of the Organiser.
  • The temporary structure, if needed, should be at a sufficient distance from the Black top road for the Pilgrims to use.
  • No distribution of food or any service is allowed outside the camp setup.
  • No volunteer of the camp should be in intoxicated condition.
  • Non-adherence to any or all of the above might result in cancellation of the permission for Setting up of Camp/bhandara.
